neither did the driver. >> we'll clear up the mystery of the ford focus. >> glove and boots make great web videos. >> this time they got a special request from a fan. >> how they helped this guy get off the couch and on to his knee. and hear the story of a little boy and his two-headed snake. >> creepy, that's all i'm going to say. never seen one of those things. creepy. >> back on february 10th of this year a guy named jared seltzer lost his home and everything in it in a fire. if that's not bad enough, listen to this, his cable provider, verizon fios, billed him for $2,345. >> for the four six-year-old cable boxes and one router. >> he called verizon and was given the customer service run around. >> he set the video to michael jackson's song "they don't care about us". >> when i received the collections notice and called

your company i was on the phone for an hour and a half and transferred 14 times. that means i spoke to 16 different people in which i had to verify all my account and security information and retell my story 15 times. >> we have jared seltzer joining us right this minute from east ruth ford, new jersey. have you paid this bill or still pending? >> this is a bill from a collection agency. i have a i paycheck so i'm paying this on wednesday. i have insurance. that's their deal. i have it to pay for the boxes. don't send me to 15 people, don't tell me i have to deal with collections. talk to me. you knew about the fire. >> i understand what you're upset about is the fact that verizon told you they couldn't help you until this video started being passed around and then they came forward through facebook and said we're here to help. >> customer service rep via the verizon fios facebook account we're here to help. >> we reached out to verizon and

they told us while we have not seen the record of his communications of us over the situation, it sounds like we could have done a better job of communicating with him and been more helpful in addressing the next steps. how would you have preferred this thing handled from the beginning? >> the way, if they have to collect the money, which is fine, my deal is i owe them for boxes i didn't return, you don't send it to collections. call me, let me put you on a payment plan. i want compassion and not to be on the phone for an hour and a half passed around. >> in your description on the youtube video you mentioned i'm not trying to set up a donation thing here. i don't want people to help me pay for this. you want to get the word out about what you went through. >> come on, let's set it up anyway. whatever you do, do not give me money. i make a great living. this is not about money. this is principle. >> take a look at this security footage we got from wbns, this

is from ejay's drive through in columbus, ohio. now watch closely. according to reports, that is a stolen ford focus being driven in to this drive-through. you can see them get out clearly, then they use a sledgehammer to break into the store's office. watch them go. the guy come in with the sledgehammer, face is covered a second suspect comes in, they're carrying garbage cans. their mission was to get as many cartons of cigarettes as possible. apparently in columbus, ohio, there's been a black market boom on cigarettes because if you go into a store you'll pay anywhere from 5 to $6 for a pack. on the black market they're selling them about half that. police are hoping that any information can be given to them from this surveillance virds because they think that these suspects might be linked to 17 other similar crimes that have happened just since july. >> these guys got away with

ahead, a large big rig. everything seems to be just fine, weather perfect, roads are dry. watch what happens when this truck attempts to make a left-hand turn. turns right in front of other traffic and the guy comes flying through the windshield of the truck. lands on his feet. are you kidding me? >> he didn't even miss a step. >> sticks the landing. thank you. >> this truck in front of this dash cam was swerving to avoid a stopped truck and as he swerved this truck swerved to avid him, hit him, the guy walks out of the windshield. >> you're supposed to wear your see belt and this guy didn't. seemed to work to his advantage. glad to see everybody walked away. if they put a camera in a regular office, they wouldn't see much action during the day like in this office in turkey. now notice the guy walking by. you think a video like this, he's probably going to come out the same way, right? this is right this minute. he has to do something

>> that is sweet. this could b a great idea by breabe album, listen to the songs and then get hungry, eat the record and buy another album. album sales for this guy will go through the roof. >> to tell us how a chocolate record can play music. >> our chocolate record expert. >> zach. >> hello. >> only you would know how this could possibly work. how do you play music on chocolate? >> works the same way as any vinyl record. it's made out of chocolate. >> how does the needle not like carve up the chocolate to give you a bunch of chocolate bits. >> you've come upon the biggest problem. it's not going to last long. they're saying probably around three to five times you'll be able to play it. >> it plays on a standard record player? >> yep. >> that's the one key thing i'm concerned about here. people don't have record players anymore. are they going to buy them for chocolate records? >> they're not mass producing this. only 120 copies available. so it's kind of a novelty thing. >> does it matter milk chocolate, dark chocolate. >> i'm not sure what they're making this out of. probably dark chocolate. >> looked like dark chocolate because it said 74% cocoa which

is going to be a harder chocolate. >> i think you want to go dark with this. ♪ how about some formation flying. what i like about this video is, it's formation flying with two completely different tactics, maybe. a professional red bull air racing pilot and he does all kinds of incredible aerial maneuvers. peter is a skydiver and he is wearing the parachute in this video. first you see martin cranking around in this extra 300 doing all kinds of really beautiful aerial moves. but, peter joins the formation shortly thereafter. here comes peter. >> what? >> there goes martin. flying super fast looks like right between his legs. >> like they were playing leapfrog. >> look at this. >> oh, boy. >> they're flying so close together. martin is able to put that extra up into kind of a slow climb
